Intentional Movement

Yoga was my first Intentional Movement practice and ten years in, I still love sharing the flow with my yogis every week.

From there, I added Pilates and TRX to take my strength and flexibility to the next level. As an instructor, I offer these modalities in small-group settings.

Whether you are in one of these groups, or working with me as your wellness coach or personal trainer, you can expect body awareness, skillful movement, and encouraging, non-judgmental guidance.
I believe the body speaks a language that everyone can gain fluency in with proper tools and guidance.
